A concern deserves to be heard
Speak up.You will be heard.
If something is wrong, tell us what you know. This channel is for people who work with LUATEL: employees, contractors, former staff, suppliers and partners.
You can report without giving your name, or include your details so the reporting team can contact you. You do not need to investigate or identify a legal category.
This is not an emergency service or customer-support channel. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
What you can report
Concerns about misconduct, fraud, corruption, discrimination, harassment, safety, misuse of data, retaliation or attempts to conceal wrongdoing. Describe what you reasonably believe has happened or may happen.
Confidentiality and protection
LUATEL prohibits retaliation against people who report with reasonable grounds to believe the information is true. A report is not a finding: everyone involved must be treated fairly. Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal duties.
How this form handles your information
Anonymous reporting does not ask for your name or contact details. Your account of events may still identify you, so include only information needed to understand the concern. The form does not save report drafts in browser storage or send them to analytics. Reports are sent only after you review and submit. Technical infrastructure may process connection information; anonymity cannot be guaranteed by omitting your name alone.
When reporting is activated, reports are delivered to a dedicated reporting mailbox, separate from sales. Access and retention must be managed by the designated reporting team. This form does not create an anonymous follow-up mailbox or accept attachments. Mention relevant evidence in your account, without sharing passwords or material you are not entitled to hold.
What happens after a report
On successful submission, you receive a reference. The reporting team assesses the concern and may contact you if you provided details. For reports covered by Germany’s HinSchG, acknowledgment is generally due within seven days and feedback within three months of acknowledgment, where communication is possible. Other local rules may apply.
